Job Description
 Do you have a combination of 2-wheel passion, off-road enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of motorcycle makes and models? If so, then we want to hear from you! The Motorcycle Sales Associate is responsible for selling motorcycles and off-road vehicles, managing customer leads with strategic sales tools and techniques, following up on all sales leads, making appointments with interested customers, maintaining a clean and professional work space, and being a contributing member of a team that strives to deliver a premium customer experience to its' customers. This individual will develop ongoing relationships with customers and will continually maintain a professional image of the company. Integrity, passion and initiative are essential for this role. The Motorcycle Sales Associate should have a strong background in sales with a broad knowledge of motorcycle and off-road vehicle specifications and features.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust and rapport
- Effective verbal, written, and keyboarding skills are required to compose professional emails and converse with customers by phone and in person

- Valid GM driverís license
- OMVIC license
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

 Job Duties Include: - Provide customers with information regarding motorcycles and off-road new and used vehicles for sale - Physical capabilities to manually maneuver motorcycles - Complete sales of vehicles while introducing the customer to the additional products and services offered by the company - Conduct a delivery inspection when completing delivery to customer - Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales contracts - Build and foster a network of referrals to create opportunities for revenue growth - Attend training sessions and other off-site events to keep current with products offered/sales techniques and also for company representation. International travel required - Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize both the buying experience for the customer and the profitability of the dealership
