You will be expected to contribute to the operational efficiency of the parts department and to produce positive CXI results by providing prompt, accurate information and assistance to customers at retail, over the counter, or on the phone. Youíll also ensure consistent flow of parts to the shop and providing customers an overall experience that exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities will include:
-Meet and greet service, sales and parts prospects interested in parts & accessories
-Assist customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
-Provide consultation on chrome accessories and highlight Features, Advantages and Benefits of product offerings
-Provide accurate compatibility, pricing and availability
-Take payment and arrange ordering, follow-up and installation with service team
-Organize and process all inbound/outbound parts shipments, put away stock orders, and general maintenance of stockroom and showroom floor
-Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery or pick up.
-Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process.
-Verify information on bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records by counting, weighing, or measuring items both in and outgoing shipments
-Keep current on new products and product updates.
-Other duties as assigned
