GP Bikes is looking for an individual who loves motorcycles, has a desire to work in a fast paced environment and loves working with people. In this position, you are responsible for booking appointments, facilitating and quoting customer jobs, closing service invoices and selling service operations. If you have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and the ability to be versatile in your role, then this may be the job for you!
- Respond to and address all customer issues via telephone, email and/or in-person
- Book customer service appointments
- Respond to requests for additional information from manufacturers in a timely manner
- Oversee the proper handling of warranty parts to be returned or discarded
- Perform other duties as assigned
